Our Commitment
MACH Evolved Creations, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its affiliates, if any ("MACH," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our website at mani.co (the "Website") and the digital experiences we offer accessible to as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves a thoughtful, dignified, and intuitive experience with our brand, regardless of how they access the web.
Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. It is part of how we design, build, and improve our digital products on an ongoing basis.
Standards We Follow
We work to align our Website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard widely recognized by accessibility professionals, regulators, and the courts as a strong benchmark for digital accessibility, and it is our reference point for design, development, content creation, and testing.
While we work toward conformance with these guidelines, we recognize that accessibility on a complex, frequently updated website is an ongoing pursuit. We do not represent that every page or element of our Website fully conforms with WCAG 2.1 Level AA at all times, but we are committed to continuing to identify and address accessibility barriers as we become aware of them. Further, we strive to provide an experience consistent with applicable accessibilities laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), where applicable.
What We're Doing
Our work to support accessibility includes, among other things:
- Designing our Website with accessibility in mind, including considerations for color contrast, text sizing, keyboard navigation, focus indicators, and clear visual hierarchy.
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images and descriptive labels for interactive elements such as buttons, form fields, and links.
- Structuring our pages with semantic HTML, headings, and landmarks so that assistive technologies can navigate the content effectively.
- Testing our Website with a combination of automated tools and manual review, including evaluation against WCAG 2.1 success criteria.
- Training the people who design, build, and write for our Website on accessibility best practices.
- Reviewing customer feedback related to accessibility and using it to inform improvements.
Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technologies
Our Website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers (including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with widely used assistive technologies, such as screen readers (including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, and captioned video.
Some content or features on our Website may not perform as expected with older browser versions, beta software, or assistive technologies that are not widely supported. If you encounter compatibility issues, please reach out using the contact details below, we will do our best to provide an accessible alternative.
Third-Party Content and Tools
Our Website is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform and uses third-party tools, integrations, and embedded content (for example, payment processors, analytics, video players, and social media features). While we expect our partners to take accessibility seriously, we do not control every element of third-party content, and the accessibility of those features depends in part on the providers. We are not responsible for the accessibility of third-party content or tools. Where third-party content presents an accessibility barrier that we cannot directly resolve, we will work with you to provide the information or transaction through an alternative accessible channel, where reasonably possible.
Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If you have difficulty using or accessing any part of our Website, we want to help you complete your task. We are committed to working with you to provide the information, products, and services you are seeking through a communication method that is accessible for you, consistent with applicable law.
You can reach our team by e-mail at hello@mani.co (with "Accessibility" in the subject line, if possible).
We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within a reasonable time. When you contact us, please describe the issue you experienced, the page or feature involved, the device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, and the best way to follow up with you.
Accessibility Limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to improve accessibility and appreciate your patience.
Feedback
Your feedback helps us improve. If you have suggestions for how we can make our Website or digital experiences more accessible, we want to hear from you. Please send your feedback to hello@mani.co. We take this feedback seriously and consider it as part of our ongoing accessibility work.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment at MACH. As our Website evolves, as standards develop, and as assistive technologies change, we will continue to invest in design, development, testing, content, and training so that more people can use and enjoy what we create. We periodically review our Website using automated tools and manual audits to improve accessibility over time. We will update this statement from time to time to reflect our progress and the steps we are taking.
