That's why every MACH purchase comes with The Stillness Trial, a 30-day window to bring the product into your routine, see how it works for you, and return it if it's not the right fit.

This Return Policy explains how MACH Evolved Creations, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its affiliates, if any ("MACH," "we," "us," or "our"), and our service providers orchestrate The Stillness Trial, what to expect when you return a product, and the few exceptions that apply. By making a purchase from MACH, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

This Return Policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States. MACH does not currently ship internationally.

1. The Stillness Trial

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to request a return. We accept returns of products you have used during the trial, we want you to actually try the product, not feel like you have to keep it sealed in a box or its complimentary case. As long as your return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the product is returned in a condition we can responsibly process, you are eligible for a refund under this policy.

Returns requested after the 30-day window cannot be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

2. How to Start a Return

Returns must be initiated through MACH; products sent back without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

To start a return:

  1. Email support@mani.co within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the product you'd like to return, and a brief reason for the return (this helps us improve).
  3. We will confirm your return, send you return instructions, and provide the return shipping address.
  4. Pack the product securely (the original packaging works best) and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.

3. Hygiene Fee

Because we accept returns of products that have been used, every approved return is subject to a $35 hygiene fee, which is deducted from your refund. This fee is disclosed prior to purchase and reflects the inspection, sanitization, and responsible handling of returned products and is what allows us to offer The Stillness Trial in the first place.

The hygiene fee is waived in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described;
  • We sent the wrong product;
  • Applicable law requires the fee to be waived.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns under The Stillness Trial. You may use any trackable shipping method you prefer; we recommend retaining proof of shipment until your refund is processed.

MACH is not responsible for returned products that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Risk of loss for returned products remains with you until we receive them.

Return shipping is paid by MACH in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described;
  • We sent the wrong product.

In those cases, contact support@mani.co before sending the product back, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Condition of Returned Products

The Stillness Trial is designed to let you really use the product. Light wear from normal use during the trial is expected and will not affect your refund.

That said, we cannot accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Products that are excessively damaged, soiled, or show signs of misuse beyond ordinary trial use;
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than MACH;
  • Products that are missing significant components (such as the product itself, accessories included in the original package, or required documentation); or
  • Products that are unsanitary or pose a hygiene risk that cannot be reasonably remediated.

We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to determine whether a returned product meets the conditions of this policy. If a returned product is received in a condition we cannot responsibly process, we will contact you and may offer to return the product to you at your expense, or to refund a partial amount that reflects the product's condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the conditions of this policy.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@mani.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

In these cases, we will work with you to make it right, typically by sending a replacement, processing a full refund (with no hygiene fee), or providing a prepaid return label, at our discretion. Our handling of damaged, defective, or incorrect products is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and send you an email confirming receipt and the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund amount will be the price you paid for the returned product, less the $35 hygiene fee (where applicable). Original shipping charges, taxes on shipping, and any return shipping costs are not refundable, except in the cases described in Section 6.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time after we issue the refund for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact your bank or payment provider first, and then contact us at support@mani.co if you still need help.

8. Exchanges

To keep returns simple, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

9. Final Sale Items

At this time, all MACH products are eligible for return under The Stillness Trial. If we introduce items in the future that are final sale (such as gift cards, personalized items, or limited promotional bundles), they will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page and at checkout, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

10. Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at support@mani.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team or transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return the product under The Stillness Trial once it arrives.

11. Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who exhibit patterns of excessive returns or misuse of this policy.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate returns and take appropriate action in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in effect on the date you placed your order. We will post the current Return Policy on our Website and update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
