Patents, Trademarks, and Brand Features

Strength in Stillness is engineered.
Every MANI brand product begins with a question about the body, how the head wants to rest, where the cervical spine seeks alignment, what the trapezius needs to release. The answers take years to build, prove, and refine. The intellectual property described on this page is the legal expression of that engineering work: patents, trademarks, and brand features that protect what we have built, and this intellectual property signals that what we make is authored, not assembled.
MACH Evolved Creations, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its affiliates, if any ("MACH," "we," "us," or "our") owns and maintains intellectual property rights in the products and brand features identified below. We are committed to protecting that intellectual property and to the responsible enforcement of our rights.
1. Patent Notice
In accordance with 35 U.S.C. § 287(a), MACH provides notice that the MACH products listed below are protected by the United States patents listed below. The list is not exhaustive. The MACH products listed below, and additional MACH products, may be protected by one or more additional patents and pending patent applications in the United States and elsewhere. Corresponding intellectual property rights may exist in foreign jurisdictions. Further, this webpage is intended to serve as virtual patent marking under 35 U.S.C. § 287(a), and these patents may be marked on the products, packaging, or associated materials.
This notice is intended to provide constructive notice of MACH's patent rights. Unauthorized making, using, offering for sale, selling, or importing of any product covered by these patents is an infringement of MACH's patent rights and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

2. Trademarks and Brand Features
MACH owns and maintains various trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, slogans, and other distinctive features (collectively, "Brand Features") that identify MACH and its products.
Our Brand Features are valuable intellectual property assets, and we ask that you help us protect them by using and crediting them properly and in accordance with applicable intellectual property law. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights and will take appropriate action where infringement or misuse is identified. Any permitted use of MACH Brand Features must not be misleading, disparaging, or likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship, or affiliation.
MACH Trademarks
The following is an illustrative, non-exhaustive list of MACH Brand Features. The absence of a name, logo, design, or other feature from this list does not constitute a waiver of MACH's rights with respect to that feature.
- MANI Flow™
MANI Flow™ Product Design and Trade Dress
The distinctive shape, silhouette, and product design of MANI Flow (including the headrest geometry, side-rest contours, occipital cradle, and arch-shaped shoulder base) are protected by U.S. Design Patent No. D969,521 (see Section 1 above) and may be subject to additional trade dress, copyright, and other intellectual property protections. Trade dress protection includes non-functional visual elements that identify the source of the product. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of the MANI Flow design is prohibited.
3. Use of MACH Brand Features
If you are interested in using any MACH Brand Features in a commercial context, for example, in connection with a partnership, retailer listing, press feature, editorial use, or affiliate program, please contact us at hello@mani.co. MACH reserves the right to grant or deny any commercial use request at our discretion.
If you are granted written permission to use MACH Brand Features in a commercial context, you agree to do so only in accordance with the guidelines we provide and our Terms of Service, and only for the specific purposes for which we have granted you written permission.
Editorial and journalistic use of MACH Brand Features for the purpose of identifying or referring to MACH products and services is generally permitted under fair use principles. Such use must accurately identify the product or service and must not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with MACH without our written permission.

We review all reports and take appropriate action where warranted. Reports submitted in good faith are appreciated and help us protect MACH's customers and the integrity of our products.
5. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted by MACH are reserved. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on our website grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property of MACH or any third party. No license or right is granted except as expressly set forth in a written agreement.
MACH's failure to enforce any right at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right. MACH reserves the right to update this page from time to time, and the most current version will be available at our website.
